Of course all of our products are still available for purchase via phone and fax. Our sales representatives are here to assist you. We at SECOA do realize that many of our products require customization for your application and facility; for these items a SECOA representative will be in contact with you when you place an order to make these items fit your requirments.

With our online sales you can:
- Research information on our products. Almost every item in our database has product images, extended information, tips, and related items. These are available by selecting the product's extended details.
- Selecting products and quantities will create a shopping basket. After completing your shopping basket you will be able to print the information for your reference, or e-mail the data to create an order with SECOA. Rest assured, no shopping basket data from our system will be processed for an order until we have specific direction from you to place the order.
- Placing an order may be done through the site using the order by email feature, via fax from the printed form option, or even over the phone.
Please note a few things about our site
MINIMUM ORDER: SECOA has a
$100.00 minimum order, orders received under $100.00 will automatically be charged a minimum order fee increasing the order to $100.00. We encourage you to make sure your order meets the minimum.
TAXES, FREIGHT & OTHER CHARGES: Taxes and Freight (if applicable) are not calculated on our site. Please remember they will be an additional charge. If you require an estimate of taxes and freight please contact a SECOA Sales Representative.
PAYMENT METHODS: SECOA accepts Master Card, Discover, VISA, and American Express in addition to credit accounts. SECOA's standard payment terms for credit-approved accounts is Net 30 days. If you do not currently have an account with us, or would like to check if an account exists please contact a SECOA Sales Representative. A credit card may be required for a first order when establishing a new acocunt.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS: Credit cards are not processed online. If you would like to place an order online with your credit card a SECOA representative will contact you during order processing for your credit card information.
PRICING: SECOA strives to maintain current prices on our site. Prices are subject to change without notice. SECOA adjusts our pricing based on current market conditions. All orders will be invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment. Pricing listed is based upon standard SECOA configurations. Modifications to the standard equipment, if necessary, will be subject to additional cost. SECOA requires customer approval before any custom work is done. SECOA will gladly provide a hard quote or bid if you require.
LEAD TIMES: Every item in our online sales lists a standard lead time. This lead time is based on standard orders, and business levels. SECOA strives to provide you the products you need when you need them. If you need an item by a specific date , or have a rush order please inquire with a SECOA representative.
SHIPPING: SECOA will ship your items via the best method available. Many of our products must be shipped via truck only, while others may ship vis truck or UPS depending upon quantities.
RETURNS: All returns must be accompanied by a return authoriztion number. No returns will be accepted unless prior authorization has been obtained from SECOA. Please contact your SECOA representativce for any return issues.
